Brews with a Backstory
Stony Creek Brewing: Limestone Lager
For Galvanized, Stony Creek Brewing has launched a brand-new brew with a story to tell.
Limestone Lager pays tribute to the region's earliest days when Ipswich was known simply as Limestone, a rugged colonial outpost established in 1827. Inspired by the explorers, workers, settlers and pioneers who helped shape the region, this crisp local lager celebrates the determination and resilience that laid the foundations of one of Queensland's oldest regional cities.
Enjoy a glass while reflecting on the rich history that surrounds you.
Cocktails Inspired by the Past
PA Hotel: 1842 Founders Cocktail
When it comes to heritage, few venues can match the story of the PA Hotel.
Created especially for Galvanized, the 1842 Founders Cocktail is a tribute to Ipswich's proud history and the pioneers who helped shape the city. This crisp, bone-dry martini is crafted with Imbibis Heritage Gin, distilled right here in Ipswich, delivering clean botanical flavours that are both refined and memorable.
Quietly powerful and rich in local character, the cocktail celebrates the city that helped shape Queensland and a hotel that has been serving locals and visitors since 1842.
